Nullspend is designed with your privacy in mind. Your financial history, milestones, and saved items are stored locally on your device. The Service Provider does not maintain databases of your financial habits. If you enable iCloud backups, this data is securely synced using Apple's encrypted Key-Value storage infrastructure.

While the Application is designed to identify products, the analysis processes the entire image. You are responsible for ensuring no sensitive personal data is included in your photos.
To function, the Application requires access to your device's Camera and/or Photo Gallery. This access is used strictly for the purpose of capturing or selecting images of potential purchases. The Service Provider does not access your camera or gallery for any other purpose.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
Image Retention: Any images uploaded to the Application for analysis are processed to generate your insights and are instantly deleted from the external analysis servers. This ensures that your images are not stored indefinitely.
User Data: Because the Application uses a Local-First architecture, you can permanently delete all your financial history and saved data at any time by deleting the Application from your device.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. Due to the financial nature of the Application, it is intended for users who make independent purchasing decisions.
If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application, please contact the Service Provider ([email protected]) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
